Society of Graduate Students
SOGS provides graduate students with information and services while completing their program at Western. Students will find information on their website on health and dental coverage, financial assistance, how to obtain a bus pass, and more.

Address Change Information
Address Changes must be recorded at both the Student Centre and Human Resources Services. Important: Update you HR address before leaving UWO, perhaps a parental address to ensure receipt of your T4 in February.
Tax Receipt Information
T2202As are tuition tax receipts issued to all student for tuition related to the calendar year. These show the amount of tuition that can be deducted for income tax purposed as well as the number of months eligible for the education deduction.
These receipts are provided through an online service on Office of the Registrar website which allows you to view your T2202A - Tuition and Education Amounts Certificate(s) from Taxation year 20000 and onwards.
T4 tax receipts are issued by an employer to employees for income they earned in the calendar year. For information on these T4s contact Human Resources.
Parking at Western
Parking Services is located in Room 4150 Support Services Building. Open 8:30 - 4:30 pm. Students can pre-register for their pass online. A student card & validation card are required for pickup. The website provides information permit information, permit rates, accessible parking information and more.
Network & Data Services
Graduate students can use the facilities and services of this unit located in the Social Science Centre. SSNDS can provided instruction and support, computer and vender card printing, data resources.
